Many gem essences do block EMF pollution from passing through our auric shield However the increasingly powerful electromagnetic frequencies are becoming more and difficult to efficiently block out, especially when working in an environment when one is surrounded by many mobile phones and wi-fi devices. Whilst those in good health can benefit from maintaining a strong auric shield with the help of an EMF pollution-blocking essence combination, (there are several on this site) for those who are older, in ill health, frail or sensitive, and who are already feeling the effects of EMF pollution, such as brain fog, irritability, feeling spaced out, can't think straight, easily stressed, difficulty in sleeping through the night, memory loss, and poor decision making, it would seem that expelling EMF pollution from one's being on a daily basis no matter how strong the EMF smog is, is a better option to keeping one's subtle bodies free from harmful energies in one's environment. Instructions for Use: In general take a few drops of this essence under the tongue at the end of the day. However if you feel muzzy headed, irritable, stressed, down at heart, can't think straight, have tired or itchy eyes or are unusually thirsty or very tired after being on a mobile phone or working on a lap top/computer for some time, take the essence straight away. You can even rub a little essence on your crown and third eye chakras in a clockwise direction.
If you are feeling really discombobulated after a long period on the phone or computer, you can also pat rosewater over your face, and on your crown, third eye and throat chakras. Or you could also choose to purchase the Gaia Essences "So Beautiful" spray. Wi-fi frequencies emanating from computer screens are known for causing dry skin, but it also has been scientifically shown to cause red blood cells to clump together It's called a "roulade". When roulades form in the bloodstream only the ends of the roulade can distribute oxygen into the cells. Symptoms of this cause one to feel extremely irritable, bad tempered, extreme tiredness and fatigue, tension, stress, memory loss and a tight, headachy feeling. The "So Beautiful" spray contains both precious essential rose oil and rosewater, which have been shown scientifically to break up red cell roulades in the blood stream, allowing for proper oxygenation of the tissues.
If you choose to wait until the end of day before taking this essence its beneficial action can be boosted by finding a patch of grass or earth to stand on for a few minutes. Stand with the legs slightly apart with your open palms/tips of your fingers facing the ground. Visualize all the negative EMF pollution being expelled right out of your body from head to toe, through your hands and feet into the Earth. You can give the EMF pollution a strong colour to help your visualization (Brown/black/dark green?)
You don't have to, but you can boost the efficiency of the beneficial action of this essence even more by holding a crystal in each hand. Raw magnetite stones are the best, but they are expensive and hard to find, so instead find two small natural (not the very black ones) smoky quartz crystals, and hold one in each hand, with the points facing downwards. Visualize the EMF pollution flowing right out of your being through the crystals into the Earth, to be neutralised and dissipated. Thank Mother Earth for her help.
